At EquiSoothe, we want you — and your horse — to love your purchase. 🐴💆♂️
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.


🕒 Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer directly.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please email us at 📧 contact@equisoothe.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items


💵 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your return is approved due to our error, we’ll cover all shipping costs.
